What printing method do you use?
We use Dye Sublimation to print our products. This process enables us to ‘heat dye’ your image into the surface of our products with no colour restrictions, allowing us to print clothing that do not fade or crack, and mugs, glass, ceramic that have a clear photo finish.
Are your mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes, our Mugs are 100% dishwasher safe for domestic use.
What format shall I upload my images in?
We accept most image formats jpeg, gif, png etc.
What size should my image be?
Our Image Server has been built to automatically re size your images to fit your chosen products! Our printers will not overstretch images and will print the image for optimum results on your chosen product, if your image is not suitable we will contact you by email.
(Please note that the better the quality of your image, the better the final product.)
I Am Having Problems Uploading My Order Details ?
Sometimes due to an internal server fault the image upload box does not appear, this can usually be fixed by refreshing the page if but you continue with your order you will then receive a confirmation E-mail with a direct link to our Contact Us page where you can send all via a secure order form
How quickly will you print and dispatch my order?
We press and dispatch within 4 working days of payment clearing or sometimes quicker depending on how busy we are.
Is your website secure?
Yes, for sending order details, payment with a debit or credit card our website is secure. For more information please read our payments, postage & returns page.
How does the free postage discount work?
Quite simply once your order reaches £75 all postage charges are removed automatically in you shopping cart.
What if my order is less than £75?
For orders less than £75 we offer Rec delivery and First class services at only £2-£3 regardless of order quantity. All these can be found on our
payment, postage, returns page.
Why am i asked to create a password when i get to checkout?
This is an ongoing dilemma with us because some customers love it & some don't. If you create a acc then every time you go to checkout all you have to do is enter your password & all your details are already there. We think that this option saves you time. If you don't agree Please let us know.
My Gifts Have Not Arrived Yet.?
Simply contact us as we retain proof of postage on all our products.
Can I See Your Gifts In Person ?
Yes of course you are welcome to call in & see us anytime & have a look at our range of products & even have a cuppa, just contact us before hand or come & visit us at one of our display days which will be advertised on our home page.
