What printing method do you use?

We use two methods of printing, Dye Pressing & Direct Printing to print our products. This process enables us to ‘heat dye’ your image into the surface of our products with no colour restrictions, allowing us to print clothing that do not fade or crack, and mugs, glass, ceramic that have a clear high gloss photo finish.

Are your mugs dishwasher safe?

Yes, our  Mugs are 100% dishwasher safe as we only use the best on the market and sourced from within the UK..

I can't see my photos when i go to checkout.?

Once you have uploaded your photos to us they are automatically sent to a secure encrypted server for security as we deal with alot of child photos and feel this is the only safe and secure way to do this, and this is why we do not reshow them on the checkout page, if there is any problems with the photos you have uploaded we will contact you by e-mail or phone..

What format shall I upload my images in?

We accept  most image formats  jpeg, tiff, word, pdf,  png etc.

What size should my image be?

Our Image Server has been built to automatically re size your images to fit your chosen products! Our printers will not overstretch images and will print the image for optimum results on your chosen product, if your image is not suitable we will contact you by email.

 (Please note that the better the quality of your image, the better the final product.)

I Am Having Problems Uploading My Order Details ?

Sometimes due to techinal issues there my be problems sending us your images, if this happens simply E-mail your details to us at sales@yourgiftsourgifts.co.uk even give us a ring on 07528146718

How quickly will you print and dispatch my order?

We press and dispatch within 2-4 working days of payment clearing or sometimes quicker depending on how busy we are, unless satated on product description as some of our gifts are produced from our sister company in Europe.

Is your website secure?

Yes, for sending your photos order details, payment with a debit or credit card our website is 100% secure using full 128 bit encription. For more information please read our payments, postage & returns page.

Can i pay by postal order?

Of course you can pay by postal order, cheque, pay-pal, nochex all these options available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide via air-mail & for UK we offer Rec Delivery and first class, all postage rates are calulated by the total weight of your order at checkout. We make no profit from shipping charges, you only pay what we pay. All details can be found on our payment, postage, returns page & at checkout.

Can i change a design if i want something a little different?

This is were we come into our own, you can rearrange any of our designs or ask us to create a unique design just for you, all at no extra charge, just contact us & we will guarantee to help.

My Gifts Have Not Arrived Yet.?

Simply contact us as we retain proof of postage on all our products.

Can I See Your Gifts In Person ?

Yes of course you are welcome to call in & see us anytime & have a look at our range of products & even have a cuppa, just contact us before hand or come & visit us at one of our display days which will be advertised on our home page.

Can You Keep My Photos For Future Orders ?

Yes we can store your photos on a fully secure server for future orders..If you require this please state on your order or contact us to request this service other wise all images will be automatically deleted 7-10 days after your order has been completed.
